Privacy Policy
Nemaha Cards & Collectibles LLC runs this website. This page explains what information we collect when you visit it, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain English.
What we collect
If you fill out our contact form, we receive whatever you enter — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
If you just browse, our website platform automatically records basic technical information: which pages you visited, how you arrived at our site, your approximate general location, and what browser and device you used. This is standard website analytics and it isn't tied to your name.
We do not collect payment information on this website. We do not have customer accounts. We do not sell anything online.
Why we collect it
To answer your question. That's it.
If you message us about a collection you want to sell, a birthday party, or a product you're hunting for, we use your contact information to get back to you. We may keep the message so we remember the conversation if you come in or write again.
Who else sees it
Our website is built and hosted on Wix. Wix stores the information submitted through our contact form and provides our site analytics. They process this information on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. We don't trade mailing lists.
We may disclose information if we're legally required to.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how many people visit and which pages they read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions stay in our inbox until we no longer have a reason to keep them. Analytics data is retained by our website platform under their standard retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the contact information below and we'll take care of it.
Minors Information
This website is intended for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you're a parent or guardian and you believe your child has sent us information through our contact form, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the bottom.
